USCIS To Adjust Government Filing Fees as of October 2, 2020

USCIS has published a 

Final Rule

 that significantly alters the filing fee schedule. Changes, which include fee adjustments, adding new fees, introducing new forms, lengthening of the premium processing timeline, among others, are scheduled to go into effect on October 2, 2020.
