IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL
Our client's needs continue to grow! Minami Tamaki LLP's Immigration and Nationality Law practice is seeking a paralegal with 1-4 years of experience, who possesses a passion for immigration law and working with people from around the world. Only well-qualified applicants will be considered.
Responsibilities include assisting our attorneys in preparing PERM, I-140s, and Adjustment of Status applications (family and employment), consular immigrant visa applications, and PERM applications.
Requirements: BS/BA degree and employment-based immigration related paralegal experience, including working with volume employment based non-immigrant categories and preparing employment-based immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3), adjustment of status and naturalization applications. Experience preparing non-immigrant petitions and/or family-based petitions and applications is a plus.

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in Word and familiarity with Microsoft suite
- Enjoy working in a team environment

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: In accordance with California's pay transparency law, the expected base salary range for this position is between $57,000-$71,000 depending on experience
- Competitive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan
