Nandini Ruparel is an Associate in Minami Tamaki LLP's Employment and Consumer Rights practice group. She has experience representing clients against disability, racial, and religious discrimination, as well as sexual harassment.
Nandini has also represented low-income families in accommodation and school discipline matters, as well as working with public agencies on investigations and litigation. After law school, she worked as a disability rights fellow at an award-winning law firm in Baltimore, Maryland.
Nandini received her J.D. from Santa Clara University's School of Law. During law school, she interned for the Asian Law Caucus, Public Advocates, and for Magistrate Judge Allison Claire of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Before law school, Nandini worked for Teach for America. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
Nandini is admitted to the bar in California and is an inactive member of the Maryland bar.
