Harita Nandivada is an Associate in Minami Tamaki LLP's Personal Injury Practice Group, where she fights for those who have been seriously harmed due to the negligence or misconduct of others. She brings a trauma-informed, trial-focused approach to her work and a deep commitment to her clients.
Prior to joining Minami Tamaki, Harita litigated complex civil matters on behalf of policyholders and consumers, including bad faith insurance cases and actions against corporate defendants. Her experience spans all phases of civil litigation, including legal research, motion practice, depositions, and jury trials.
She also served as a post-bar law clerk at the Santa Clara County Public Defender's Office and as a certified legal intern with the Los Angeles County Public Defender's office.
Harita received her JD from the University of California Davis School of Law where she was involved in activities such as Trial Advocacy Honors Board, Appellate Advocacy Honors Board, Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic, and Students United in Reformative Justice. She represented survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence in civil protection proceedings as a certified student attorney. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies.
Ms. Nandivada is admitted to practice law in California and is an active member of the plaintiffs' bar.
