Seth Rosenberg is an Associate with Minami Tamaki in its San Francisco office.  He was admitted to the California Bar in 2001 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in the Northern and Central Districts of California.

Mr. Rosenberg began his practice as an associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense.  During his time at O’Melveny & Myers, O’Melveny & Myers was named “Litigation Department of the Year” by The American Lawyer Magazine.

Since leaving O’Melveny & Myers in 2004, Mr. Rosenberg has specialized in personal injury and other tort cases, representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.  Mr. Rosenberg has successfully represented clients in cases alleging premises liability, consumer fraud, products liability, employee harassment and discrimination, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and general personal injury.

In 2005, Mr. Rosenberg served as trial co-counsel in a wrongful death action arising out of a student’s death at a professional wrestling school.  After a jury trial, Plaintiffs received a $1.3 million verdict.  Mr. Rosenberg also served as lead attorney for a consumer fraud class action case in California against a national “tax resolution” company.  In 2006, the action resolved as part of a national settlement affecting tens of thousands of individuals nationwide with a settlement fund consisting of millions of dollars.

Mr. Rosenberg received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors, and received his juris doctorate from Columbia University School of Law, where he was twice named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for superior academic achievement.
