FOR CLIENTS: LOG IN TO WEB PORTAL
The Immigration and Nationality Law Practice Group of Minami Tamaki LLP offers expertise in a broad array of immigration services. We routinely assist employers and employees, nation-wide, in obtaining temporary and permanent employment-based visas. And, just as often, we help individual clients to secure family-based immigration status through marriage or other qualifying family relationships.
Our philosophy is centered around client service, with the goal of partnering with our clients to ensure their understanding of the immigration process and to assist them in achieving their immigration goals. As our experienced immigration attorneys and staff have had personal exposure to the bewildering world of immigration, we are sensitive to the needs of our clients (HR professionals, foreign national employees, and individuals) and take great care to work expeditiously, efficiently, and effectively. Immigration matters are very personal to our clients and we pride ourselves in providing a level of service that enables our clients to concentrate on their jobs or other matters and which allows us to best assist them to achieve their immigration goals.
We appreciate our clients’ need for prompt and timely responses from their attorneys and, as a rule, maintain close contact with them throughout the engagement. Each of our attorneys is skilled in interacting with the various agencies to facilitate the smooth and timely approval of applications and petitions, and we pride ourselves in our immediate application of changes or amendments in the laws, regulations and/or immigration processes. Many of our firm’s attorneys and staff are multilingual, and, in line with the firm’s credo, are familiar with a host of cultures.
Our corporate clients have ranged from start-up companies to publicly-traded, multinational corporations. They are active in a multitude of industries, including Internet-related services, software development, civil engineering, telecommunications, architecture, venture capital, legal services, athletic training, and biotechnology. Our individual clients have included well-known athletes and artists as well as churches and non-profits.
Our attorneys are compassionate, solution-oriented and creative in their approach to achieving immigration goals. They are experienced in guiding employers through times of up-sizing and down-sizing, through mergers and acquisitions, and in educating human resource professionals, hiring managers and foreign national employees, and in creating and developing immigration programs. With the assistance of MT’s Business Practice Group and the Employment Practice Group, our attorneys are able to provide full-service and guidance to Employers and Employees in areas beyond immigration, including the establishment of new entities, mergers and acquisitions, I-9 audits, consulting assignments, employee manuals and policy. Our ability to provide this full service enables us to assist both small and large organizations in areas that impact employees and human resource matters.
Practicing immigration and nationality law requires innovation and creativity and our combined 40+ years of expertise in immigration law enables us to study, guide, and maximize the efforts by companies and individuals to achieve hiring and immigration goals.
