The new law, recently signed by Calif. Gov. Jerry Brown and effective January 1, 2016, places a greater burden on employers to justify pay disparity and offers new avenues of employment litigation.

Mr. Liang has over ten years of experience as a class action litigator, handling a wide variety of employment, consumer protection, antitrust, and securities litigation for aggrieved employees and consumers.
