B. Mark Fong is a trial lawyer with 30 years experience who has obtained multi-million dollar settlements and large verdicts, specializing in the trial of  catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability and medical malpractice cases throughout California in State and Federal Court.  

Mr. Fong's diverse cases include automobile, trucking, aviation, construction, elevator, crane, jet ski and scuba diving accidents; defective medical devices, drugs, and other products; suits against public entities for violation of civil rights and dangerous conditions of public property; medical malpractice arbitrations against Kaiser Hospital/Permanente Medical Group; toxic mold; suits against general contractors and subcontractors for construction defect; wrongful denial of benefits under ERISA; and breach of contract, fraud and insurance bad faith.

Mr. Fong has been recognized as one of the top personal injury lawyers in the Bay Area.  He has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer in the Personal Injury category and is a member of the National Trial Lawyers, which is composed of the Top 100 trial lawyers from each state. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Mr. Fong  is rated "AV" by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, signifying the highest level of legal ability and professional standards of ethics. He is also listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for high professional legal standards and ethics.

Mr. Fong serves as Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Cameron House, a San Francisco Chinatown-based multi-service agency serving Asian communities in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Fong is a third generation San Franciscan. He received his B.A. in Political Science with high honors in 1978 from the University of California Berkeley, and his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1981. In law school, he served as an extern to Justice Winslow Christian of the First District California Court of Appeal. Mark was admitted to the California Bar in 1981 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
