Kaa Bao Yang is an Associate in Minami Tamaki’s Personal Injury Group.
Ms. Yang has litigated personal injury cases in both California and Nevada state and federal courts. She has represented clients through all phases of litigation and successfully second chaired a multi-million-dollar two-week personal injury jury trial.
Ms. Yang’s litigated cases include wrongful death; motor vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle accidents; premises and product liability; pharmaceutical injuries; dog bites; and asbestos exposure.
Ms. Yang received her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2014. In law school, she received two CALI Awards for Excellence, participated in the appellate advocacy program, and served on the moot court board.
Ms. Yang earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance with a minor in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is admitted to practice law in California and Nevada. She is fluent in Hmong.
