Heather Osuna is an Associate in Minami Tamaki’s Personal Injury Group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Osuna represented individuals and their families who were victims of personal injuries from asbestos exposure (mesothelioma). She served as second and third chair in complex asbestos trials with verdicts in the millions of dollars.
Ms. Osuna received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. She was in the Honors Lawyering Program and served on the boards of the La Raza Student Organization and the Student Bar Association. Ms. Osuna was also the recipient of a CALI Excellence for the Future Award and two Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence.
Ms. Osuna is currently a member of the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Asian American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
She received her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in International Migration Studies from the University of California San Diego. Ms. Osuna is dedicated to fighting for individuals to achieve justice and to serving the community.
